Standard Support Wireless space will support solutions or products purchased from us for a period of 30 days. During that time, should there prove to be a defect with the purchased product, wirelessspace will replace the product given that a valid invoice number or proof of purchase can be provided. Outside the period of 30 days a proven defect should be directed to the product manufacturers.

Most products purchased through wirlessspace come with manufacturers warranties, which range from 1-5 years if a proven defect occurs.

If your product has developed a fault and you purchased your product more that 30 days ago and you have not taken out a wirelessspace support package, then please check your product literature to determine the manufacturers warranty period and contact details.

If you have difficulty obtaining this information, you can email our support desk with your purchase details, including; invoice number, product description, product code and we will try to locate the manufacturers contact details for you.
